If you choose standard shipping, but you would like to change the delivery option for courier, please contact me within 12 hours of placing your order.
Exachanges & Repairs
Any corrections or mistakes, please report it to us up to 12 hours of order. We try to send the shipment as soon as possible.

If you bought the wrong length necklace or bracelet, you can:
- Send the jewelry to me. I'll lengthen and send back to you.

REPAIR:
We use high quality materials. Chains are delicate but strong. I wear my necklaces all the time and never take off. However, if anything bad happened with your jewelry, please let me know. We make repairs of jewelry bought in our shop.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All jewelry is packaged in a beautifully linen or velvet bag (perfect for a gift).
Every piece comes with its own gift wrap.
How Do I Leave Personalization Details?
Once jewelry are in your cart, please leave a note in the comments box with your details, eg: engraved text, font, custom length etc. We read all notes carefully and will contact you if anything is unclear.
If you forget to add the information in the note from the buyer, you can also write me all the instructions after placing the order (via Etsy convo). I will add this information to your order.
